    We offer one private, spacious, full-hookup RV spot (sewer, electric 30/50amp, Wi-Fi) next door to Beach RV Pleasure Point in a beautiful backyard setting. Located just a 7-minute walk (1/2 mile) from the beach, across from Corcoran Lagoon in the renowned surf hotspot of Pleasure Point.

    This is a private rental and not affiliated with Beach RV Pleasure Point.

    Strong priority given to workers serving the public in some fashion here on a temporary / contract basis (e.g. travel healthcare providers, utility contractors, construction workers, emergency workers, public works construction, etc.).

    • Private, spacious, secure setting
    • Seasonal organic garden with free produce to enjoy or grow your own
    • Can accommodate rigs up to 40'+
    • Pleasure Point location with easy beach access

    Important notes

    • Self-contained units only (no access to shared bathrooms / showers)
    • You must hook up to sewer — no compost or incinerating toilets
    • The site is not well set up for young children
    • No standard RV park amenities; the neighborhood, location, company, and food more than compensate

    Pricing

    Monthly rent: $2,100 – $2,800 depending on:

    • Rig size (low end of rates for small Class B only)
    • Number of vehicles
    • Pets
    • Location on property
    • Electric included for small rigs, metered for larger rigs (28'+)
    • 3-month minimum stay, 6-month maximum (longer possible with required move-offs)

    Availability is very limited. Please reach out in advance through our contact form mentioning "owner's spot" and including detailed information about:

    • Yourself and number of occupants
    • Your RV (size, year, model)
    • Purpose of your stay / what brings you to the area
    • Professional information (LinkedIn or employer details if working)
    • Desired dates and duration
    • Number of vehicles
    • Pets
    • Any local references
