A few things to know before you arrive

    • Check-in is all online — eSign your terms and conditions before arrival and you can pull right into your spot.
    • CA-17 has a no-trucks-over-39' restriction on the steep grade. If you're towing or driving a class A near max length, stay extra cautious — the road is windy with limited shoulder.
    • Once you turn right on Portola it gets residential. Slow down at 26th Ave — the park is just ahead.
    • The park entrance is on the right (North) side of Portola. If you miss it, loop back via Capitola Road — don't try to U-turn on Portola.
    • Pull in straight to your numbered site.

    Arriving at the park

The park is compact — sixteen sites tucked between the creek and Portola. Read this before you pull in.

    Parking

    • Each site includes parking for one RV and one vehicle. The vehicle parks directly in front of your RV, within site lines — do not block driveway or neighbor access.
    • Two paid overflow spots — call the office in advance if you need one.
    • Visitor parking is not available inside the park. Visitors street park on Portola.
    • EV charging from your site requires advance approval and a $100/day fee.

    Pulling into your site

    • Site 16 is the only true pull-through.
    • Site 13 is pull-forward (head-in, no backing required).
    • Every other site is a back-in. Park is compact with limited clearance — back as far as safely possible, and keep all slide-outs, awnings, and vehicles inside your site boundaries.
